Loves Pets Event
On Sat. Oct. 22nd, Quirk Subaru will have a table set up on the porch of the Bangor Humane Society. At our table we will be engraving pet tags, handing out some chew toys/frisbees, handing out some informational sheets for new pet owners, and displaying one of our New Pet Parent kits.
We have a limited number of kits, so with the help of the Humane Society, we will be hosting a giveaway! You will enter the giveaway at the event Saturday, and we will be announcing a winner on Facebook Live Monday morning!

Here at our Bangor Subaru dealership, we are always looking for a way to give back to those in need, especially our furry friends, when they need a place to call home. Thanks to the Subaru Loves Pets initiative, we work with a variety of shelter locations in our area to provide more funding and supplies they need to keep our animal friends comfortable and well-fed while they wait for their forever home. In conjunction with the Bangor Humane Society, we are happy to help by donating to their location for pets adopted in the month of October.
Quirk Subaru of Bangor is proud to have a close partnership with the Bangor Humane Society, and we strive to find a way to give back to them and any four-legged friends who are lucky enough to be taken in by them! That's why we are excited to announce that during the month of October, we will donate $100 for the first 20 dogs adopted through the Bangor Humane Society.
Additionally, Subaru of New England will also donate $100 for the next 11 dogs to the Bangor Humane Society to fund their program! For Bangor community members, this is a great time to not only find a furry friend but to also help a wonderful program that has supported and taken care of many animals over the years.

As Bangor's trusted resource for matching people and pets since 1869, there's a lot of history at the Bangor Humane Society. This nonprofit organization is committed to serving over 200 communities in northern and eastern Maine. They strive to provide perfect matches between human and homeless pets and continue to be a vital part of our community. We are happy to support them and donate so that they can continue providing the best care possible for these homeless animals!

What Is Subaru Loves Pets?

It's no secret that Subaru of New England loves pets! Each year, we designate October as our Subaru Loves Pets month. As part of the Subaru Love Promise, the #SNELovesPets Campaign is dedicated to supporting and promoting animal health, safety, and happiness. We also hope to shine a much-deserved light on, and raise awareness for non-profit organizations throughout New England that are committed to improving the lives of all animals every single day. That is the reason we are donating $5 for every unique pet picture uploaded and tagged with #SNELovesPets on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook during the month of October.
